Chapter 1: General Provision
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions have an intention that regulate rights, obligations and responsibilities of company and users when the user uses internet service Company provides.
Article 2 (Effect or Change of Terms and Conditions)
- The Terms and Condition have an effect when the Company announce it on the website or by email.
- The Company could change the Terms and Conditions without pre-notice when they have an inevitable reason. In this case the company will announce the change though service.
- Users can request withdrawal of membership when they does not want to agree with the changed Terms and Condition. In the case that an user didn't request withdrawal of membership within 10 days from the day when the changed terms and condition became effective, the user would be considered that he or she agrees with the changes.
Article 3 (Rules besides the Terms and Condition)
Counts which are not specified in this Terms and Condition will follow the Telecommunications Act, Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Act and other related laws and regulations.
Article 4 (Definition of Terminology)
Major Terminologies which are used in this Terms and Conditions:
- A Member: A Person who made a utilization contract with the company and is given approved a series of Characters, numbers or combination of them (From now on, will be named as ID) by the Company.
- An ID: A series of characters, numbers or combination of them - which are made by an member and approved by the company- are used to identify users and for the utilization of service.
- A Password: A series of characters, numbers or combination of them which confirms if a member is matched with ones own ID. Thanks to Password the members can protect their personal information.
- A Nickname: A series of characters, numbers or combination of them - which are made by each member and approved by the company - are used to identify, name, represent themselves.
- Suspensions: Under the Terms and conditions, the company restrict members utilization of service.
- Cancellation: The Company or a member cancel utilization contract after using the service.
- Point: Score which is given to each member and could increase or decrease as per degree of participation and utilization in the service.
Chapter 2: Contract of Service Utilization
Article 5 (Establishment of Utilization Contract)
- When applying for a service contract, If a service applicant presses Accept button after reading the Terms and condition, he/she would be considered to have agreed with the agreement(Terms and Condition).
- Utilization Contract would be established after agreement of service applicant and approval of application by the company.
- If a child under 14 years old wants to utilize the service, he/she needs to go through parental consent procedure which company insists, and then utilization contract will be finally established.
Article 6 (Application For Utilization)
If Someone wants to use the service as a member, he/she needs to provide ones personal information depending on the prescribed form the company designated.
Article 7 (Approval of Application For Utilization)
- The company approves the application following Article 6 in order if there isn't any special occasion.
- The company could reserve it's judgement regarding approval of application by the reason is settled. And the reasons are as follows:
- When the company lacks service facilities.
- When they have technological inconvenience.
- Besides, it is recognized that the company has unavoidable reasons.
- The Company could not approve the application when the application case corresponds with the following situations:
- The service applicant didn't use his/her own name.
- The service applicant under 14 years old didn't get the parental consent from his/her legal representative(parents).
- The service applicant uses other individual's name.
- The service applicant puts false information on application blank.
- The service applicant applies for the service with an object of disturbing peace and order or public morals of society.
- When the contact information (telephone number, cellular phone number) is uncertain.
- Besides, prerequisite which company settled are not fully satisfied.
- Under the Article 2 or Article 3, if the company reserve or disqualify an application, he should notice intention of refusal to the service applicant. But it is exception that the company couldn't notify applicant without service provider's legal reasons.
- Within 90 days after having terminated membership, if ex-member tries to apply for the service with the same personal information, the company would not accept the application.
Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

The company expects and respects the privacy of its members. We collect, use, and protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations including GDPR. Members have the right to access, modify, and request deletion of their personal information at any time.
Article 9 (Use of Personal Information)
Personal information collected by the company is used solely for providing and improving our services. We do not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Article 10 (Change of the Contract)
- Members can view and update their personal information at any time through account settings.
- Members are responsible for keeping their information current and accurate.
- Members may withdraw consent and terminate their account at any time.
Chapter 3: Obligations of The Contracting Parties
Article 11 (Company's Obligation)
- The company will provide services as described and maintain service reliability.
- The company will promptly address service failures and technical issues.
- The company will respond to member inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- The company will protect member privacy as outlined in Article 8.
- The company will provide clear terms and convenient processes for service use.
Article 12 (Obligation of the Member)
- Members must comply with these terms and not interfere with company operations.
- Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
- Members must immediately report any unauthorized use of their account.
- Members may not engage in commercial activities without prior company consent.
- Members may not transfer or assign their account to others.
- Members must not engage in prohibited activities including but not limited to:
- Stealing or misusing others' personal information
- Duplicating or distributing service content without authorization
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Posting offensive, threatening, or obscene content
- Disrupting service operations or community harmony
- Engaging in criminal activities
- Collecting personal information without authorization
- Violating applicable laws and regulations
Chapter 4: Utilization of the Service
Article 13 (Range of the Service)
Members can utilize company services using their registered ID and nickname. Access to certain services may be restricted based on authentication and membership level.
Article 14 (Provision of Information)
The company may provide service-related information through various channels including email and announcements. Members may opt out of promotional communications while maintaining access to essential service notifications.
Article 15 (Point System)
The company may operate a point system to enhance service experience. Point acquisition, usage, and management policies are set separately.
Article 16 (Fare, Payment Information or Settlement)
- Basic services are provided free of charge.
- Premium services and paid content may be offered with clear pricing and terms.
Article 17 (Members' Posts)
The company may remove content without prior notice if it:
- Slanders or damages the honor of others
- Violates public order or decency
- Promotes criminal behavior
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains pornographic or obscene material
- Does not match the purpose of the platform
- Violates these terms or applicable laws
Article 18 (Copyright of Post)
- Members retain ownership of their posted content.
- The company may display member content for non-commercial service purposes.
- Members may not commercially exploit service content without authorization.
Article 19 (Advertising and Transactions with Advertisers)
- Service operations may be supported through advertising revenue.
- The company is not responsible for transactions between members and advertisers.
Article 20 (Service Utilization Time)
- Services are available 24/7 except during maintenance periods.
- The company will notify members of scheduled maintenance.
Article 21 (Responsibility of Service Utilization)
Members may not engage in unauthorized commercial activities, hacking, or illegal software distribution using the service. The company is not responsible for damages resulting from such violations.
Article 22 (Stopping the Service Provision)
The company may temporarily suspend services due to:
- Equipment maintenance or repair
- Telecommunication service disruptions
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, emergencies)
- Service overload or security concerns
Members will be notified of service interruptions when possible.
Chapter 5: Contract Cancellation and Utilization Restrictions
Article 23 (Termination and Limits of Agreement)
- Members may cancel their subscription through the online cancellation process.
- The company may terminate or restrict service access for violations including:
- Theft of personal information or account credentials
- Use of false identity information
- Damaging others' honor or rights
- Violating privacy or sending threatening content
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Spreading prohibited content
- Threatening national or public interests
- Deliberately disrupting service operations
- Distributing spam or malware
- Illegal campaigning or election violations
- Posting obscene content or links
- Inactivity for six months
- Violating these terms or company policies
- Exploiting bugs or using irregular methods
- Reactivation requests are processed within 90 days of account termination.
Chapter 6: Damages and Other Matters
Article 24 (Compensation)
The company is not responsible for damages arising from free service utilization.
Article 25 (Escape Clause)
- The company is not liable for service disruptions due to force majeure.
- The company is not responsible for service failures caused by member negligence.
- The company does not guarantee revenues or outcomes from service use.
- The company is not liable for the accuracy of member-posted content.
- Members bear responsibility for damages caused by their own negligence.
Article 26 (The Competent Court)
Any disputes arising from service use shall be resolved in the competent court located in the area of the company's headquarters.
